Established in 2010 as a sideline project to house a talented chef, the Café has evolved over time, drawing loyal patrons, precious expats and foodie families to an ever-changing menu, to suit not only palates and trends but also to echo the seasons.
The heart of our business is our kitchen, fitted with a traditional wood burning pizza oven and super mod‑cons. Our inspiration is broiled up in this homely space. Executive Chef Wayne Walkinshaw loves leading the dedicated team in the kitchen to ensure the product meets demand, expectations are met and, in many instances, exceeded.
